Our Custom Home Design Process

2. Site Assessment & Feasibility
Before design begins, we assess your block to identify opportunities and potential challenges. This includes reviewing slope, access, easements, overlays, planning requirements, and any other factors that may influence the design.
3. Concept Design
Working closely with our experienced designers, we transform your ideas into an initial floor plan and façade concept. This is where your vision starts to take shape, with layouts tailored specifically to your lifestyle and land.
4. Design Refinement
We work collaboratively with you to refine the design until it's exactly how you imagined it. Room layouts, façade options, storage, living spaces, finishes, and functionality are all reviewed to ensure every detail is right.
5. Preliminary Investigations

7. Contract Drawings & Approvals
Our team prepares the final contract drawings, quote for contract and your Master Builders Contract for approval and signing.
8. Pre-Construction Consults
You will meet with our interior designer and pre-construction team to complete your colour selection, cabinetry consult and electrical consult ensuring all of your personalised details are accounted for.
9. Construction
Once approvals are complete and contracts are in place, construction begins. Throughout the build, you'll receive regular updates, scheduled site inspections, and clear communication from our team as your dream home comes to life.
10. Handover & Beyond
The final step is handing over the keys to your new custom home. We complete a thorough quality inspection before handover and remain available to support you during the warranty period, ensuring you can enjoy your new home with complete confidence.
